Ajay Ahuja, Controller
Ajay Ahuja is the Controller for Singer Partners, LLC. He oversees all accounting and finance functions for Singer Partners and its affiliates. Ajay has more than 15 years of experience working in various sectors of the financial services industry. Ajay is the former Controller of Vertical Capital, LLC, where he was responsible for the firm’s accounting, treasury, compliance and human resources matters for a firm of over $15 Billion in assets under management at peak. Prior to Vertical, Ajay served as the Controller for Five Mile Capital Partners, LLC, a $2 Billion privately held alternative investment management firm. Ajay’s other work experiences have included working for five years at Morgan Stanley supporting their domestic and international finance and operations for the Global Custody and Commodities business divisions. Ajay began his career at KPMG as a staff member in its Financial Services’ Corporate Tax and its Valuation & Appraisal Groups. Ajay is accredited as a CPA and holds a BBA (Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting from Bernard Baruch College, CUNY, and an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
