Michael Jacobs, Chief Compliance Officer
Mike Jacobs is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Singer Partners, LLC, where he oversees fund formation, investments, corporate structure, regulatory compliance and client legal documentation. Michael served as partner and general counsel for Adams Street Partners, LLC a global private equity firm, where he was a founding member of the firm. Prior to joining Adams Street, Michael worked as partner and general counsel for Brinson Partners, Inc./UBS Brinson, as a regulatory attorney at the U.S. Treasury Department and as a clerk to Justice C.T. White of the Nebraska Supreme Court. Michael received his BSBA cum laude from Regis University, and holds a J.D. from Creighton University Law School, where he wrote for the Creighton University Law Review.
